Q. Who do we sell our products to?
A.
Anyone and everyone! If you need a display, contact us. We work with all types of customers, from individuals, to corporations.

Q. Does buying in bulk get me a discount?

A. Absolutely! The more you buy, the lower the price of each unit.

Q. Do you sell outside of Canada/USA?

A. Yes, we will ship our displays to every country in the world, including the PRC.

Q. What do your part numbers mean?

Monitech part numbers tell a story about each product. Here's an example.

ML = Monitech LCD
121 = 12.1-inch screen
Q = type of frame
T = type of circuit
1400E = identifying numbers of original machine

Q. Do you sell a replacement for <Insert display>

The best way to determine if we support your monitor is to check our products page, or contact us. Please note that not all of our displays are listed on our products page.

Q. Do your products come with a warranty?
A. Yes! All Monitech products come with a 1 year warranty.

Q. Are your products new or used?
A. Our Monitech products are all BRAND NEW

Q. Who makes your products?
A. Most of our products are assembled in the Monitech building, in our productions areas.

Q. If my display doesn't fit, can I exchange it for another one?
A. Yes, we offer no cost replacements.

Q. How do you deliver?
A. We will deliver with any of the major delivery companies (FedEx, UPS, DHL). We will deliver on either our freight account or yours, whichever is most convenient for you.

Q. Where can I buy your products online?
A. Go to LCD Upgrades and browse through our products there. If you do not find what you are looking for, call us!

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), as well as PayPal and wire transfers.

Q. Are there any hidden fees or charges?
A. Monitech will never charge you more than we have quoted you. You may incur extra charges from your bank, credit card company, or have to pay a tax (depending on your Country / State / Province).

Q. How quickly can you get products to me?
A. That depends. If the display is fairly common and we have it pre-assembled, we can ship the same day. If it is an uncommon one, we will have to assemble it. Depending on the complexity of the assembly, this could take from a few hours to a few days. We do not charge more depending on the assembly time. As far as freight goes, that is up to you. If you want it sent via next day air, that is how we will send it!

Q. How hard is it to install one of your products?
A. It will vary depending on the specific product, but generally, someone with no mechanical or electrical skills, whom is installing a display for the first time can have it done in under one hour.

Q. How long does a Monitech LCD last?
A. Up to 9 years depending on your usage and work environment.

Q. Will I have to reprogram my machine?
A. No! The display is separate from the computer in your machine. No reprogramming will be necessary.
