Q. Who do we sell our products to?
A. Anyone and everyone! If you need a display, call us. We work with all types of customers, from individuals, to corporations.
Q. Does buying in bulk get me a discount?
A. Absolutely! The more you buy, the cheaper each unit is.
Q. Do you sell outside of Canada/USA?
A. Yes, we will ship our displays to every country in the world, including the PRC.
Q. I didn't buy my display from you, but will you fix it for me?
A. Yes, we will definitely repair your display.
Q. I'm confused, what do your part numbers mean? They aren't the same as the one on my monitor.
A. Our part numbers are for easy in house use. Here is a quick breakdown of our part numbers:

ML - Signifies that is an LCD upgrade
121 - The screen size, in this case 12.1"
CT - Which series the circuits are
1400e - The model of the specific monitor.
Q. Do you sell a replacement for <Insert display>
A. The best way to determine if we support your monitor is to check our products page, or contact us. Please note that not all of our displays are listed on our products page.
Q. Do your products come with a warranty?
A. Yes! All Monitech products come with a 1 year warranty.
Q. Are your products new or used?
A. Our products come new, unless we specifically say that a product is used. We do offer some used products at a lower cost.
Q. Who makes your products?
A. Most of our products are assembled in the Monitech building, in our productions areas.
Q. If my display doesn't fit, can I exchange it for another one?
A. Yes, we offer no cost replacements.
Q. How do you ship?
A. We will ship with any of the major delivery companies (FedEx, UPS, DHL). We will ship on either our shipping account or yours, whichever is most convenient for you.
Q. Do you sell monitors through your website?
A. No we do not. The reason is that we would like to speak with each customer, to make sure their needs are being met, and that we have all of the required information to sell a product accurately. An incorrect order is damaging to everyone.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, VISA, MasterCard), as well as PayPal and wire transfers.
Q. Are there any hidden fees or charges?
A. Monitech will never charge you more than we have quoted you. You may incur extra charges from your bank, credit card company, or have to pay a tax (depending on your Country / State / Province).
Q. How quickly will my monitor arrive?
A. That depends. If the display is fairly common and we have it per-assembled, we can ship the same day. If it is an uncommon one, we will have to assemble it. Depending on the complexity of the assembly, this could take from a few hours to a few days. We do NOT charge more depending on the assembly time. As far as shipping goes, that is up to you. If you want it shipped next day air, that is how we will ship it!
Q. How hard is it to install one of your products?
A. It will vary depending on the specific product, but generally, someone with no mechanical or electrical skills, whom is installing a display for the first time can have it done in under one hour.
Q. What is the MTBF (mean time between failure) on one of your displays?
A. On average, they will last for upwards of 50 000 hours. This means if you were running it for 8 hours per day, it would last over 17 years!
